Legalize Marijuana in a Controlled, Taxed, and Reasonable Manner.

I believe the Obama Administration should legalize Cannabis in a manner that ad-hears to and is pleasing to both The Public and The Government. The way that can happen is by legalizing and taxing Cannabis. Of course it shall be treated almost as if it were tobacco, what i mean by this is that it should not be smoked in public areas, indoor public buildings. It shall also be treated likewise to tobacco as users must be at least age of 18 to purchase or consume Cannabis. Cannabis consumption shall be treated to that of alcohol by not allowing users to be under the influence in public. Legalizing Cannabis will legalize the growing of Cannabis as well as administering Cannabis in a format to that of a dispensary although no doctor's prescription would be needed.
