Legalize Marijuana: With Extreme Taxation, and Regulation

"Four in 10 Americans say they've tried it, and 17 million say they've used it in the past month." Many Americans use it, "A record, ahem, high of 50% of Americans now favor the drug's legalization, polling company Gallup says" Many Americans are for it. We need to now show that the statistic is true, and prove to Obama that despite what he personally thinks, he needs to rule with the will of the people, and the people want marijuana legal. The facts are plain and simple: No one as ever died from the direct use marijuana and it can be used for medical purposes. About 750,000 people are arrested nationwide for marijuana possession annually, which is a ton of money used for prosecution that should not happen. Taxation would also generate revenue for the government and reduce cartel crime.
