States have been unbanning it one by one. Modern music only instigates the matter. Put the topic to rest and legalize it already. Stop making the topic a way to generate votes from young adults. It wouldn't be wasting space in our jail cells if this was a legalized substance. Why not tax it like you did tobacco? That's a good enough reason to lower our debts.
