The United States currently has States that have legalized marijuana for either recreational use or for medical uses. However marijuana is still considered illegal at the federal level. As a result federal agents have "busted" and arrested operations which are legal at the local level. This action has affected business owners, and cancer patients alike. It is time to put a stop to this and end the war on marijuana. Legalize marijuana at the federal level and leave the rest up to individual states to decide the legality of the matter.
