I am not here to write a big long statement on why Marijuana should be legalized. These are the following reasons why:
-Job Creation
-New Tax Revenue
-If Alcohol and Tobacco are legal it is absolutely and entirely hypocritical of the Government to have Marijuana be illegal
-Agriculture will pick up
-It is our God given right to choose for ourselves whether something is good or bad for us, and clearly most of Americans have spoken in favor of legalization
I know a lot of proponents are against it because they believe the tax revenue won't be as high as some people are saying, but I would like to state that given i have grown up in this generation and have come across very, very few people who haven't at least tried marijuana I would say that tax revenue will be higher than expected.
