We the people demand to have fair rights towards the use and sell of Marijuana for medicinal or recreational use. Each state should be allowed to determine to themselves if they will legalize in their state and to what extent.
Our economy is steadily dropping and we need something new. We spend billions on the war on drugs every year which in return only succeeds in taking more money from our citizens.Millions of jobs could be created just for the sell and distribution of marijuana. We would also have a newly re found resource in hemp that could genuinely change our society for the better.
This should NOT be a subject on the federal level. This should be left up to the states on how they would like to handle the situation.
It is time that we put marijuana at the top of our economy.
