Science has shown time and time again that we are being lied to by the DEA about marijuana. The dangers of marijuana are much less then that of other legal and regulated drugs like alcohol and tobacco.
There is no good reason to keep it illegal especially when 88% of the nation is in favor of it.
The laws against drugs go against our rights to liberty and right to pursue happiness.
