The United States is a democratic society. Americans are empowered to modify the government however they see fit assuming the majority of citizens are in favor. This is the most fundamental concept our country was founded on.
Americans have chosen to keep cigarettes and alcohol legal despite their health concerns. These substances provide people comfort and enhance our pursuit of happiness.

- Please explain why the DEA is unable to locate and understand medical marijuana research and instead spreads misinformation.
