We the people of Maryland deserve the same rights as our neighboring states. Please pass Delegate Curt Anderson's bill to legalize marijuana use for those 21 and over.
We are tired of seeing people incarcerated for victimless crimes, and this bill would also excise a tax of $50 per ounce that would largely help the Maryland economy.
