Legalize Marijuana for Medical and Recreational Use by putting a tax on it and making it available in licensed stores

This petition, if passed, could save the government tax payer's dollars spent on police trying to find, bust, and house those in prisons whom are only affiliated with marijuana, a less harmful drug than tobacco or alcohol. It will also help marijuana become a taxed product which could actually help the U.S.'s financial concerns.
