Legalize Marijuana for medical patients that have or had cancer, a terminal disease, or any other logical reason.

Created by S.B. on November 15, 2012

I know personally about the effects of cancer, for this is my second time fighting it. I admit that I use pot here and there rather than pain killers that contain chemicals that can do un-needed damage to multiple organs in my body with an already weak immune system. That and I do not do it to get high or less intellegent. I use it to easy the pain to where I am able to relax and function a little better. It is natural, it is pure, it is safe. As long as it is used responsibly. In my legal oppinion, if someone is driving while under the influince of pot, then yes they need to be punished with a fine along with a couple of hours in booking to sober up. And as with any other DUI the punishment should increase with each violation. So suit the severity of thie violation. That is logical.
