The Federal Government of the United States shall Legalize the medical and social use of marijuana and grant clemency and a clean record to all those convicted of nonviolent offences resulting from the growth, possession, sale or use of marijuana.
No citizen shall continue to be a convicted felon for the non-violent use, sale, growth or possession of marijuana nor should their record reflect any such conviction reguardless of conviction by State or Federal justice system.
Upon passage of this law all rights shall be fully reinstated and all records cleared of any such violation or felony.
