This petition is being created so that the state of Texas may be able to use marijuana as a form of medicinal medicine and also a product to the public. Such as alcohol, may the same laws be enacted for marijuana. So that the consumption of the drug may be used by those that are of age and/ or are in need of medical attention. The enactment of a w for the regulation of marijuana can and will be be a first step of many in the creation of another profitable resources and also a victory for the people of the state of Texas.
