The medical benefits of marijuana for patients with both terminal and chronic illness should not be ignored any longer. Research has proven it helps relieve many medical conditions other drugs have not been able to treat. This will also take the taxing strain off the justice system, courts, and correctional facilities filled with non violent offenders with minor marijuana possession charges. It is time to put an end to the draconian laws and prohibition of marijuana.
