Marijuana prohibition has done nothing to help America and has helped increase crime and violence in our Nation. Marijuana can be used to help people suffering from many different illnesses and infirmities. Marijuana use has never cost a single death from overdose or misuse. The sale of Marijuana can be taxed in the same way as tobacco creating revenue for our City, State and Federal Governments. The cost of arresting trying and incarcerating Marijuana users would be zero. The benefit of keeping families together is priceless. Drug abuse is a medical problem, not a legal problem. Marijuana prohibition is wrong. Please remove Marijuana from the drug classification system. Please do everything in your power to make Marijuana legal in America once again.
