This petition is based on human rights and what the American people need the president to take seriously. We need to legalize and decriminalize Marijuana, its a naturally grown plant that helps with medical issues, IE Migraines, PTSD, AIDS, Cancer, Gaucoma and alot of Chronic issues. Let the states decide if marijuana should be legal and not the Federal Government. We will not vote Barack Obama back in office if this is not legalized before re-election time
