This petition is based on human rights and what the American people need the president to take the lead and legalize Marijuana, a naturally grown plant that helps with alot of issues, IE Migraines, PTSD, Cancer, Gaucoma and alot of Cronic issues. Let the states decide if marijuana should be legal and not the Federal Government. We will not vote Barack Obama back in office if this is not legalized before relection time.
