Obama should allow the people to have freedom of choice of their own free will. Alcohol has caused more deaths, criminal acts and violations then marijuana ever has. There has never been a fatal overdose of marijuana. Tobacco products and alcohol have been noted to kill thousands of Americans yearly, while marijuana has had no effect. The constitutions 1st amendment gives us the freedom of speech and I there for ask the house, the senate and the president to hear and acknowledge the voice of the people, to allow the people to have a choice on whether or not to consume marijuana.
