We believe that marijuana should be legal because of medicinal and personal reasons. Marijuana is not only used for getting high, there are more important reasons such as treating cancer patients. Medicinal use is most important because of people who are suffering from cancer, nausea, and other illnesses that marijuana helps relieve. Making marijuana illegal does not stop people from using it so why not make it legal if it is in high demand? If marijuana does become legal the prison population will highly decrease.
