the leaglization of marijuana will be a huge benefit to american society. it will create jobs, cultivating and distribution. it will create revenue for the the government by way of taxes. it is by far a much safer alternative to alcohol(which is responsible for thousands of deaths each year). it will also bring in money from tourism. for some reason the legalization of marijuana has been shunned and yet alcohol is legal. alcohol is a disgusting vice. not only will it kill the people that consume it, but it also kills thousands of innocent people each year by way of drunk drivers. there are so many benefits that marijuana can provide, from its medicinal use, recreational use, textile production from its fibers, and clean burning oil/fuel from its seeds. please consider this.
