Laws against the use of marijuana have not been very effective and statesbare creating laws to make it legal.
Federal states it is schedule 1 drug for having no accepted medical use however several states have made it legal for medical use. It's time to change America! Why not act as one to make it legal and end the prohibition imstead of individual states.
