We need to legalize marijuana for recreational use in all states. This will lead to HUGE tax increases to help the economy as well as cities for school, road, and overall city improvements in all states. Let's put murderes and rapists in prioriety over marijuana users. If this does not pass the white house will only get more petitions. This country says it listens to the people, well the people have been saying this for YEARS. This is not a new subject and you keep pushing it away. There are thousands of people who feel this way and when you deny it crime goes up over a simple thing like weed, the country is not making a dime off of back alley drug deals, and we will keep doing it no matter how many people you arrest so please get this passed.
