To legalize marijuana for recreational use in the state of Nevada would:
(1) Make the government more money if taxes were imposed on the legal distribution of marijuana.
(2) Get rid of jail time and fines for civilians who are found with marijuana in the state of Nevada.
Marijuana has been proven to not cause harm to the human body, unlike cigarettes, which are legal yet cause various types of cancers, emphysema, infertility, etc. Nevada should follow Colorado and Washington's footsteps and legalize marijuana.
