Legalize marijuana for recreational use with sensible taxation and regulation.

It can't be denied that there are a lot of good, decent, honest hard working people who are jailed on a daily basis because of marijuana, be it possession or distribution. People that pay their taxes, people that contribute to society instead of taking from it, people that mean no harm to anyone an who's only crime is not doing as the government has told them to do. I believe that in order for something to be criminal, harm has to be intended or implied, that which marijuana or its use does not. I understand that people have choices to make in life but the choice to enjoy marijuana as others would a drink, then having to worry about losing their job, getting a job, having seal team 6 bust down their door like they are terrorist's and/or going to jail for doing so should not be one of them.
