Prohibition did not work for alcohol and now it is responsible for more deaths than any other drug in our country yet it is legal. We can reduce our tax burden on the people for petty imprisonment of possession in small amounts. Increase tax revenue from taxing Marijuana the same way we do alcohol and cigarettes. Last but not least improve health care and environmental alternatives to recyclable products
