Putting people in prison and wasting millions on fighting against Marijuana is obviously not working. Millions of people consume Marijuana world wide everyday. Stop sending people to prison for a victim less crime! We have trillions in debt to other countries, and the regulation and taxation of Marijuana is filled with money making opportunities. If the DEA wants to keep kids off Marijuana, regulate it and tax it! You can ask any teen and they will tell you that it is a lot easier to get their hands on Marijuana than on Alcohol or Cigarettes because they are regulated. Marijuana has never killed anyone, while Alcohol and Cigarettes do every day! If poisons are legal, Marijuana should be too.
