Marijuana should be legalized because it is one of the safest narcotic/drug that can be consumed. The CDC says that thousands of people die annually from alcohol the same goes for tobacco, cocaine, heroin, and many other drugs. How many reported deaths are from marijuana consumption? No death is ok but the most severe drugs like alcohol shouldn't be the legal one. Marijuana is also already established as a treatment for certain conditions. Legalize marijuana and move forward with something that is already helping people.
