This petition is to make marijuana legal in Texas. Tobacco and alcohol kill more people yearly than Marijuana. Its just a natural plant and should be able to be used just as easily as alcohol and tobacco are. Why ? Because marijuana is actually better than alcohol and tobacco are and can also be used for medical purposes to actually help people instead of killing them like the legal things do. As people we have to come together and actually realize that marijuana isn't bad and has NEVER killed anyone in the history of the " drug" .
