Obviously, most people are going to look at this as "another pothead." Quite contrary to this, I will state facts.
The founding fathers of this country intended on the people to have power over the state government, who has more power than the federal government. (Checks and Balances) Twenty states have legalized marijuana on a medical level. A majority of citizens in most other states also agree on the legalization of it.
I say to you, Barack H. Obama, the majority of us, the people of the United States of America, agree on federal marijuana legalization on at least a medical level. Even in red states such as Texas.
A poll done by the University of Texas/Texas Tribune showed that Seventy-seven percent of those who did a vote said marijuana should be legal on a medical level.
