I think that it is the right of american's to be able to grow, smoke marijuana howevr not to sale it unless you have the business to preform such an act.I feel if marijuana would be legalized it would help to balance the budget because it would then be a renuvne that could be taxed just like beer and tobacco sales. It is evident that the battle on marijuana is lost.Legalizing marijuana would put an end to the drug cartals just as it put an end to bootlegger's in the 1920's. Than all the money that is being poured into the tak forces could be distributed to Social Security and these officer's time could be used into controlling our borders from illegal's coming into it.
