Legalize Marijuana, for use by all adults, and tax and regulate marijuana, and remove it from drug classification lists.

The US drug, war is responsible for creating the Cartels, and all the violence associated with the black market drug trade. Before the USA's war on drugs, the Cartels did not exist, in my opinion. We have people that did no more then the equivalent of drinking a few bears, in our prisons, and are releasing, violent criminals, because of it. Spending 100's of billions of dollars a year, on a failed policy, that causes only harm, and no good benefits to the Legal American Citizens. Stop the Violence, and treat Drug addictions as a Health issue, and not a Criminal issue.
