In California, after 15 yrs of legal medical marjuana has noted a substantial decrease of cannabis use in schools. Prohibition did just what they intended it to do, it created 100 mil 2nd class citizens, a black market, and the more force to enforce it the more underground it goes, the market & violence increase.
