I honestly don't see the true issues on making a naturally growing plants legal, that hasn't had any known causes of death or injury. I believe that with a strict age requirement Marijuana could be use the same as Alcohol and or Tobacco. In fact those are more dangerous, even taking simple "Selfies" have claimed more lives than Marijuana. Anyone 18 and over should be allowed recreational use. Beside how can it be allowed in some states and not others. That's doesn't sound like freedom or equality to me.
