In two states already, marijuana has been legalized. Multiple studies have shown that marijuana has little to no side effects, and many health benifits. Now, in Oregon marijuana has been decriminilized and legalized for medical use.
So, as it appears, Oregon knows that marijuana has some amazing purpose. And sadly, Measure 80 failed. If this petition passes, my hope in humanity shall be restored.
