This Petition is to call for the United States Government to legalize Minors and Adults, I mean by this that a 12 year old married to a 33 year old is pretty extreme but if both parties are happy then it is okay. The thing is in the US you can be arrested if you are a 18 year old who is dating a 14 year old.
