Americans should have the right to use marijuana. Marijuana is safer than alcohol! It doesn't negatively effect the general population like alcohol. In the areas that have already legalized it drug related crime drops as well as small crimes. If it is legal and monitored drug trafficking would drop as there would be little/no need.
