The fear-based tactics of reefer madness has gone long enough. It's an unalienable right to make the decision to use a drug with enumerous medical benefits that can help 100s of conditions. It helps keep me and millions of others out of misery and more productive for society. People with a medical recommendation should also be protected by any unreasonable work policies that deny innocent hard workers a job because of their medicines 'dangerous' side effects. Yes people shouldn't come to work high, however if that's what i choose to use in my off hours in the privacy of my home, who cares? I'm not hurting anyone, especially myself. It's a much safer alternative than alcohol and shouldn't be treated as more hazardous. The pursuit of happiness shall prevail, and patients deserve jobs.
