Legalize medical marijuana nationwide. Why do some have access to this medicine and others do not? Patients should not be constrained to just their home state and should be able to move freely to get their medications in any of the UNITED States and move freely though other state borders without risk of being arrested for medicine prescriptions of any kind. Medical doctors should not be afraid of making prescriptions to those that can benefit from them no matter where they may be from. States that are bankrupt could make billions of dollars back from taxing the sales and removing the non-violent from the prisons. The medical marijuana industry would also create much needed jobs throughout the nation.
