Legalize medical marijuana use

I have done reasearch and found the marijuana causes no deaths a year. Alcohol, and other legal drugs have caused many deaths. I am petitioning for the medical use of marijuana. I think ALL people deserve to have a say in the medical treatment options. People suffering from MS, cancer, glaucoma, arthritis, parkinsons, etc. can all benefit from the legalization. Pain pills do not always help, and they are more harmful for your body then marijuana is. If you were in miserable pain wouldnt you want options. For me, pain pills me me sick to my stomach and keep me from functioning. I think all people deserve compassion, and empathy and that every person should have a say in their care. The government needs to recognize the holistic needs some people have. Not all people prefer standard care.
