We the people want medical marijuana legalized on a federal level. Allow the use, production, and sale of medical marijuana. Allow medical marijuana to be allowed to cross over state lines. Reschedule marijuana from schedule 1 to schedule 3. Put forth medical marijuana protections for patients using medical marijuana. This should apply to all forms of marijuana for medical use including, but not limited to dried cannabis flowers, edible infused products, concentrates of marijuana for medical use, oils, tinctures, and raw cannabis. Allow individual home growing of medical marijuana by qualified patients. Allow dispensaries to produce, manufacture and sell medical marijuana to qualified patients. Allow patients in federal housing to use medical marijuana.
