To legalize the medicinal and recreational use of Marijuana in the State of North Carolina and to open studies.

I believe this petiton is important because All Americans should have the right to use or not use marijuana because of the facts that it has lesser cons than that of alcohol. Which is legal at the age or 21. It also does not cause lung cancer such as the likes of cigarettes which are to use at the age of 18. It is also reported that it helps kill cancer cells and I as a NC resident would like to inquire more in my home state then having to leave my family for studies. It would also increase the economy of the state and lower the incarceration of NC residents who also take part in the use of Cannabis. Plus half the country doesnt have to worry about getting arrested for smoking, so we shouldn't either.
