We would like to legalize medicinal marijuana in the state of TN. Someday I hope we can legalize recreational marijuana but let's just take it one step at a time and start with medicinal. Alcohol and Tobacco are legal so why not marijuana? Tobacco causes cancer, asthma, and many other health problems. Alcohol causes all sorts of problems including pancreatic cancer and other diseases. Alcohol makes you act violently. Weed has many medicinal purposes such as diminishing the effects of post-cancer treatment side-effects and possibly killing the cancer cells. Weed will also help you with depression, anxiety, and insomnia just to name a few of the many medical problems. We aim to legalize it as soon as possible.
