Marijuana has been tested several times over, and it has come to be found that it does indeed have more than 200 positive medicinal uses. As seen in this statement here, from the government itself, (US Department of Justice in 1988), "Nearly all medicines have toxic, potentially lethal effects. But cannabis is not such a substance. There is no record in the extensive medical literature describing a proven, documented cannabis-induced fatality. In practical terms, cannabis cannot induce a lethal response as a result of drug-related toxicity." So, I ask why, if this is true then why isn't the medicinal use of this non-fatal plant legalized in the states? They say themselves that it is safe and has less side effect than MOST MODERN MEDICINES. It is time for a change! Legalize the herb!
