We have allowed the federal government to arrest, prosecute, and incarcerate millions of Americans for choosing to partake in this victim-less crime for far too long! The illegal drug trade, not to mention Mexican cartels, are causing millions of deaths annually in our country on account of an out-dated drug policy brought forth by a failed war on drugs. As American citizens, and as tax payers, we have funded this inhumane stripping of our basic civil rights by allowing the spending of billions of tax-payer money on incarcerating innocent methamphetamine users, raiding drug dealers/meth labs, and funding the Drug Enforcement Agency and local law enforcement to do so - whom are both profiting on the immoral actions of this government to keep this drug illegal!
