From studies preformed by Dr. Braden Manns, M.D and Dr. Scott D. Halpern, MD, PhD, Bioethics show that citizens will change their minds about donating their organs and tissue for monetary payment. Seen by evidence in Iran, a legalization on payment for human tissues we could eventually remove the transplant waiting list. Using a method of direct payment, possibly by a third-party (e.g. The Government) or indirect payment for organ donors through tax refunds could greatly increase the annual donors that we greatly need as a country.
