This is a petition created in the attempt to mandate official mandatory drug tests for the people on, receiving, or applying for welfare. If a couple is to apply for welfare both parties are responsible for a drug test of their own. This is to help prevent the people who spend tax dollars on illegal substances rather than what it was created for. Thank you.
