Mr.President, we've all seen it. And possibly all have wanted to do it in response to distasteful actions committed by others. Mutual Combat laws would reduce the number of arrests made and allow individuals to hash out their differences under the stable supervision of their peers and law enforcement officials.
By requiring such simple documentation such as Digital Video or Police Sanctioned Mutual Combat, it is my belief that there would be incentive to fight in a more controlled manner during a public brawl.
During a standard street fight, where no means of legal rectification exist, the possibility of being stabbed or shot are extreme. But the incentive of not fearing imprisonment during a police supervised action would allow men to duke it out and go home relatively safe.
