Legalization of Lane Splitting/Sharing on Public Roads in All 50 States

The legalization of motorcycle travel between lanes has been effectively proven as the safest form of travel for said vehicles. The risk of rear end collisions is drastically reduced, alongside emissions, and can reduce congestion of roadways.
