The state should not penalize individuals willing to abide by the law and open carry to protect themselves from those who illegally carry firearms and try to harm our society. We should be able to protect our families and ourselves at all times, not just inside our homes or place of business. We should take it upon ourselves and be given the opportunity to at least vote in California to see what our community thinks of Legal Unloaded Open Carry of a Handgun.
