Legalize opiate pain medication for over the counter sale.

Lots of people need real pain medication such as oxycodone and hydrocodone but hardly nobody can get it because of the people that abuse it. Well if it was legal to buy and could had limits on quantity and age then it would solve alot of problems. People would stop trying to sell and buy it illegalaly and soo many people would stay out of prisons. As long as you are not operating a vehicle on it then why is it hurting anyone. The pain medication itself doesn't hurt a person, the tylenol in it does. So if there is no tylenol in it and its legal for citizens that are of age to buy then why cant it be legal. Alcohol is legal and marijuana is becoming legal and alcohol is so much more dangerous for a person than the pain meds especially since a large portion of people die everyday from alcohol
